Cancellation Policy
All appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Any cancellations within that window will incur a 50% fee. No-shows will require a second non-refundable deposit. No exceptions. Time is valuable - for you and for me. I hold the right to refuse any future services.
